Key Note Speaker in the NTU CCA IdeasFest 2023 FOOD Eat

And thats a wrap!

It was an honor to participate as the Key Note Speaker in the NTU CCA IdeasFest 2023 FOOD Eat. Secure. Sustain. organised by Future Cities Lab (FCL) Global Singapore-ETH Centre, in collaboration with the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore.

This year, the Ideas Fest FOOD. Eat. Secure. Sustain. focused on the urgency of present food systems, climate awareness and solutions for a more #sustainablefuture and was created as a platform that features new and ‘out-of-the box’ initiatives.

My 45 minute talk covered a general big picture of the current World Food Production System and its need to transition towards a Circular Food Production model where priority is given to healthy soils, regenerative farming, when food waste is a thing of the past and bio-conversion an everyday action.

It was a pleasure to meet some of the very inspiring professors and doctors who joined me during the opening day:
Thomas Schroepfer Laura Miotto Alvin Yeo Ute Meta Bauer Carlos Bañón
And also share some of our work in the Field in Indonesia in relation to Circular Economy Food Systems and implementation of Urban Waste to Value business models around the world.
