Villa Loft is a custom made one bedroom unit for a couple living in South Lombok.
Completed in early 2023 together with 5 other villas of the same development, and built to the highest standards, Villa Loft offers all the comforts of home in a tropical, modern oasis while being compact and very well distributed. The unit has very high Ceilings, aluminium doors and windows with mosquito net incorporated, fully cross ventilated, sunken sofa connected to the outdoor terrace, exposed wood beams and wooden ceilings, open lush tropical garden facing the terrace, carefully selected interiors and locally handcrafted furnishings among others.
In terms of Sustainability, this house goes beyond the standard Sustainable Strategies we always apply (Waste Water Treatment, Solar Back Up System, etc) and they are totally Off-grid with a large solar + battery system.
Therefore this villa is 100% off Grid and NET ZERO as their water comes from a well made at their site.
We have worked with Bambook Studios now on two villa projects in Lombok and there isn’t anyone else we would work with here.
